Voaize

Theresidencespeaks.

A printed mark. A conversation with the home.

Affix a QR to the residence, the prospectus, or the model suite. Prospective buyers scan and address the home before them. Every reply is drawn from the files, photographs, and films you entrusted to that listing - never from the open web.

A cinematic walk through a listing: living room, bedroom, then the house. Buyers scan a QR and talk to the home.

How it works

From a mark on the residence to an answer in the hand.

  1. Hands typing listing files on a laptop
    01

    Entrust the dossier

Floor plans, specifications, photographs, terrace walkthroughs. Optional brand voice, and the claims you must never make. The listing answers only from the intelligence you provided.

  2. A staged show flat with the living room open to the kitchen
    02

    Inscribe a single mark

One code per residence. Prospectus, model kitchen, show flat, sales table. The printed square remains when you revise the files behind it.

  3. A glass villa and pool the buyer is standing in front of
    03

    They inquire aloud

The camera opens the page. Nothing to install. They speak or they type - aspect, view, parking, finishes, the levy.

  4. A finished home that still uses the same printed code
    04

    The record stays current

When pricing or finishes change, replace the file. The printed square does not. The next scan already rests on the new material.

The method, in four movements, on How it works, and why it belongs in the gallery in For developers.

For whom

Developers. Presentation galleries. The listing itself.

A new residential building at golden hour

01

Developers

Presentation galleries where the prospectus cannot contain the second question.

A furnished show flat living room in late light

02

Show flats

The model stands empty after hours. The mark still walks the view.

House keys beside an architectural model

03

Brokerages

One listing, many rooms, a code that can actually present the terrace.

An architect marking a floor-plan sheet

04

Your files

Plans, films, finish schedules. What is absent from the file is not invented.

Where the mark lives

Residence, prospectus, model. One listing.

A living room in a staged unit

On the residence

Beside the door card in the show flat. The board remains terse. The code receives the follow-up.

A sales conversation over printed listing material

On the prospectus

Where the hand already rests. One face may remain brand; the other, the mark and a single line of instruction.

A model kitchen island with finish samples on the counter

On the model

Kitchen island, terrace rail, parking stall. One code per listing, not per weekend invitation.

Inquiries

FAQ

What does a Voaize QR actually do?+

It opens a listing page in the buyer’s browser. They may speak or type. The residence answers from the files, photographs, and films you entrusted to that unit - floor plans, finishes, terrace walkthroughs - never from a generic search of the open web.

Do buyers need an application?+

No. The camera on the telephone opens the link. Voice and typed conversation run in the browser. There is nothing to install.

Where should the code reside?+

Wherever a telephone can regard it from about a foot away: the unit door card, the prospectus, the model kitchen, or the sales table. One mark per listing, not per weekend invitation.

May they type rather than speak?+

Yes. Every listing page holds both voice and a written conversation. The same intelligence. Indispensable in a hushed show flat or a crowded gallery.

How does the residence know what to say?+

You assemble plans, specifications, photographs, films, and a brief note on what each clip concerns. Optional brand voice, gallery instructions, and the claims you must never make. Voaize draws on that material for that listing only. If the files are silent, the residence should confess ignorance - not invent a view or a measurement.

What happens when they inquire about the terrace?+

If you uploaded a terrace walkthrough and described it, the page can present that film while it answers. The same for a kitchen finish, a river aspect, or a parking stall. The description is how it knows when to reveal the media.

Is this a telephone line or a call centre?+

No. Voaize here is a gallery QR: the buyer is already standing in the unit or at the table. There is no dial-in number on this product.

For whom is it intended?+

Developers, presentation galleries, and brokerages that will keep listing files current. If you want a sticker that looks contemporary and points at a homepage, this is the wrong instrument.

How do we receive access?+
