Essays on listing QR codes, presentation galleries, and keeping a mark on the residence from going silent.

Floor plans, specifications, photographs, and films are not decoration. They are the intelligence from which the listing is permitted to speak.

Web pages stop at the door. In the show flat, the buyer has the residence in hand and one or two questions the prospectus never printed.
