Howitworks
A printed QR is a pointer. The page behind it is the conversation. Buyers ask the home they are already standing in.

01
Put the listing’s files in Voaize
Floor plans, specs, photos, videos, and a short note on what each clip is about. Add brand voice if you have it, instructions if the gallery has rules, guardrails if there are claims you must never make. That material is used for that unit only.
If a buyer asks something the files do not cover, the unit should say it does not know - not invent a view or a measurement.

02
Create a QR and print it
One code per listing. Put it on the unit door card, the brochure, or the model - wherever a phone can see it from a foot away. The printed square does not change when you replace a PDF or a balcony clip.

03
The buyer scans and asks
The camera opens a browser page. There is no app. They can talk or type. When they ask about the balcony, the page can show the walkthrough you uploaded. Sessions go quiet after a minute with no talk or typing.

04
Keep the files current
When finishes or pricing change, drop the new file. Reprint nothing. The next scan is already current.
Developers, sales galleries, and brokerages - any floor where the brochure cannot hold the second question. See For developers or email us with the building name and how many units you want on a code.
