Words are not always the right surface
You can describe a western terrace in a sentence. You cannot, in a sentence, give someone the light at four in the afternoon, the depth of the rail, the way the kitchen opens onto it. That is what the walkthrough is for - and it is wasted if it lives only in a brochure they will not open on the floor.
Voaize can present the film while it answers, provided you have told it what the film is. A clip without a description is scenery in a drawer. A clip with a short note - “terrace looking west at dusk,” “principal bath, marble and brass,” “parking stall 14B” - becomes an answer that can arrive at the right moment.
The description is the index
The page does not guess which video you meant. It reads the sentence you wrote. That is a small labour and a large mercy. When the buyer asks about the kitchen finishes, they should not receive the river. When they ask about parking, they should not receive the lobby.
Write the note as you would write a caption in the prospectus: specific, unshowy, true. The more precise the description, the more precise the appearance.
Photographs follow the same rule
A finish board, a floor plate, a view from the principal bedroom - any still that answers a recurring question should be in the dossier with a line of context. The conversation can then show the thing rather than merely name it.
Do not upload a folder of unnamed interiors. The listing cannot point to what it cannot distinguish. Twelve described images will outperform eighty anonymous ones.
The gallery already has this material
You commissioned the walkthroughs. You paid for the stills. They already exist for the website, the brochure, the launch film. The failure, on most floors, is that none of it is available at the moment the buyer is holding the question.
The QR is how that archive enters the room. Not as a homepage. As a reply.
Media does not replace the associate
A film of the terrace is not a tour with a person who knows the building. It is what happens when the person is with another couple, or the model is empty, or the question is too small to interrupt anyone for.
Keep the clips honest. A rendering is not a walkthrough. A neighbouring unit is not this one. If the files do not cover the room they asked about, say so - and show nothing rather than the wrong thing.
